1. Nature of Services and Medical Disclaimer
The services provided by Mamta Hypnoclinic, including Clinical Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coaching, are alternative/complementary healing modalities.
- Our services are intended to help individuals with stress management, emotional blocks, and mindset changes.
- They are not a replacement for traditional psychiatric care, medical diagnosis, or prescription medications.
- If you are suffering from severe mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, clinical psychosis, severe depression), you must consult a licensed psychiatrist or medical doctor before seeking hypnotherapy.
- Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee a specific outcome, as success depends heavily on the client's willingness and commitment to the process.
2. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following policies:
- Appointments must be booked in advance through our official forms or contact numbers.
- Payment terms and session fees will be communicated prior to the confirmation of your session.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of prepaid session fees.
3. Online Consultations
For 1-on-1 online sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a quiet and private environment, and functioning audio/video equipment. Mamta Hypnoclinic is not liable for sessions interrupted by technical failures on the client's end.
4. Code of Conduct
A respectful environment is strictly maintained. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or intoxication during a session will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, and future services will be denied.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mamta Hypnoclinic and Dr. Amin Kazi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Satara, Maharashtra.
